INGREDIENTS: 1/4kg tindora(dondakayalu) 1 onion sliced 2 chillies 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp salt 3 garlic cloves 1 tsp red chilli powder 3 tsp coconut powder 4 tsp oil curry leaves coriander leaves - cut the tindora intlo small pieces

INGREDIENTS: 1cup moongdal 1 onion 1 tomato 4 chillies 1cup milk 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp turmeric 1 tsp jeera curry leaves 4 tsp oil or ghee or butter - soak moongdal over night pressure cook them with 1 cup water and 1/2 cup milk (milk is optional u can also cook with water)
- Heat oil or ghee in a pan with cumin seeds and curry leaves fry them in low flame for a minute.

INGREDIENTS: 1 cup besan 3 tsp riceflour 1/4 cup groundnuts curry leaves 1 tsp chilli powder 1 tsp salt pinch of baking soda(optional) oil for frying  - mix besan ,riceflour,salt ,baking soda and add water and mix the batter shoul be with pouring consistency
- Pour drops of this mixture into hot oil with a slotted spoon
- fry them till they turn into golden brown color
- now fry the groundnuts and curry leaves

mango lassi
INGREDIENTS: - 1 small riped mango
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- sugar adjust to your taste
- 3 mint leaves
 - peel the mango outer skin and cut into small pieces
- blend the mango pieces with yogurt,milk and sugar
- take into a glass and garnish with chopped mint leaves

INGREDIENTS: 1/4 kg violet brinjal 4 tsps dry cocnut powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp salt 3 garlic cloves 3 tsps oil  - cut the brinjals into quarters
- now grind dry cocont powder or pices,salt,chilli powder,garlic clove with out adding water
- stuff brinjals with this mixture
- put oil in a pan and add these brinjals and cook in a low flame till they are cooked soft.
- garnish with coriander leaves and turn off

INGREDIENTS: 1/4 kg ladies finger 1 large onion, sliced
4-5 garlic cloves
1″ cinnamon stick
1 tsp red chilli pwd, 1 tsp salt( salt an chilli powder adjust to ur taste)
1 tsp coriander pwd 
- cut the ladies fingers into 1 inch pieces
- add 1 tsp oil in a vessel and add garlic ,cinamonstick fry them and add onionsand salt which makes onions to cook faster ,fry till they turn to transperant
