INGREDIENTS:
1 cup besan
3 tsp  riceflour
1/4 cup groundnuts
curry leaves
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp salt
pinch of baking soda(optional)
oil for frying

  1. mix besan ,riceflour,salt ,baking soda and add water and mix the batter shoul be with pouring consistency
  2. Pour drops of this mixture into hot oil with a slotted spoon
  3. fry them till they turn into golden brown color
  4. now fry the groundnuts and curry leaves
  5. mix groundnuts curry leaves with boondhi adding salt and chilli powder according to your taste
  6. store them in a air tight container
